Under the conditions of quarantine, the seminar was held in the format of distance learning, where each student participated in video training, listened to video lectures and communicated with lecturers in an online format.
The event was organized by the branch of the Kazakhstan Institute for Standardization and Certification with the aim of improving and increasing the level of professional competence of workers of various levels, industrial enterprises of Kazakhstan in accordance with the requirements of international standards. This training will allow in the future, in practice, to correctly and effectively achieve high results in improving the production of products and services.
This year, 94 specialists were trained, including representatives of state bodies, bodies for conformity assessment, enterprises and organizations of mechanical engineering, metallurgy, energy, chemical, cable and food products.
The participants of the seminar were greeted by the Deputy General Director of the Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Certification Yerkezhan Amirkhanova. After that, for 3 days, the listeners got acquainted with the general regulatory framework in the field of the national standardization system, studied the basics of the law "On standardization", the application of standardization documents, the rules for the application of international, regional and foreign standards, the rules for developing a national plan standardization and national standards.
Unlike the training of previous years, in the present, the participants were able to study the issue of the practical application of legislation on standardization and technical regulation in the implementation of public procurement. And also to consider in more detail the issues of state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, ensuring the uniformity of measurements, accreditation in the field of conformity assessment, both at the national level and within the EAEU.
Within the framework of this training, the participants were presented for the first time a system of technical regulation and product access to the markets of priority countries for export: China, Iran, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Germany.
In addition, the participants were explained the requirements of the legislation on standardization and technical regulation in the field of information technology and the chemical industry. In the remote format, it turned out to divide the listeners into platforms in two areas: the chemical industry and information technology, where each participant of the seminar could choose an interesting direction for himself.
During the seminar, listeners actively asked questions arising in practical activities, to which the lecturers gave comprehensive answers.
