A seminar on this topic is held annually in all regions of the country in order to improve and increase the level of professional competence of specialists of enterprises and organizations.
The lecture material was provided by leading specialists of priority sectors of industry, expert auditors of the technical regulation system, metrology and management systems. Amirkhanova E. M., Deputy General Director of RSE "Kazakhstan Institute for Standardization and Certification", took part in this event as a lecturer.
Within the framework of the planned seminar, the listeners were presented with relevant topics:
- Standardization, including questions of practical application in the implementation of public procurement;
- Confirmation of compliance, in the field of national legislation, including management systems;
- Metrology, practical application of normative legal acts on ensuring the uniformity of measurement;
- State control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, ensuring the uniformity of measurements, accreditation in the field of conformity assessment;
- Technical regulation in priority export countries and conditions for product access to the markets of China, Iran, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Germany.
The participants also learned in more detail about the requirements of the legislation on technical regulation and standardization in the areas of the chemical industry and building materials.
One of the new and interesting topics presented to the audience at this seminar concerned the practical application of legislation in terms of public procurement, the process of choosing a national standard for purchased products, services and the formation of technical specifications.
During the seminar, the listeners received detailed answers to their questions, and provided constructive proposals for improving the system of technical regulation and standardization.
In order to improve the level of qualifications, 80 participants took part in the training, including representatives of the state body, higher educational institutions, conformity assessment bodies, testing laboratories, associations, technical committees and enterprises of the city of Karaganda and Karaganda region. All participants of the seminar received certificates.
