97 representatives of enterprises and organizations of the construction and chemical industries of the Atyrau region, higher education institutions, conformity assessment authorities, testing, verification and calibration laboratories, the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the Atyrau region, local Executive and territorial divisions of Central state authorities have been trained to improve their professional competence.
Gulmayda Karimova, head of the Department of training and research of the Kazakhstan Institute of standardization and certification, started with a welcoming speech.
In a three days, the participants of seminar recognized the requirements of the legislation in such popular areas as:
- standardization, including its practical application in public procurement, improving the quality of domestic products;
-metrology, practical application of normative legal acts on ensuring the unity of measurement;
- adopted amendments to regulatory legal acts and standards governing conformity assessment and accreditation;
-state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, ensuring the uniformity of measurements, accreditation in conformity assessment, legislative frame work for market control and supervision in the EAEU countries;
- technical regulation in priority export countries and conditions for product access to the markets of China, Iran, Turkey, the Arab Emirates and Germany.
Special attention was paid to the application of legislation on standardization and technical regulation in the following areas: construction materials and chemical industry. For this purpose, on the second day of the seminar, the audience was divided into two platforms.
The participants showed great interest in the practical application of standards of foreign States, standards of international organizations, interstate standards in the activities of enterprises, and the application of national standards in areas not regulated by the EEU. The audience was also interested in legislative changes in the sphere of state control and supervision of the activities of subjects (objects) of control and supervision.
The issues of introducing SI into the GSI system, questions on the list of measurements related to state regulation by economic sectors, and issues of development of calibration based on a new model of legislation on ensuring the uniformity of measurements caused a heated discussion.
During the seminar, the participants received detailed and exhaustive answers to all the questions raised and noted the importance of the knowledge gained in further practical application. The advantages of the distance learning format are also noted, such as participation regardless of the location of the listener, the ability to record lectures for repeated auditions as necessary.
The national standardization authority will continue to work with enterprises and organizations on standardization and technical regulation issues through the use of advanced digital technologies along with traditional formats.
