"Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology" RSE announces a competition for enrollment in the reserve of a Shariah expert, supervisor, technical expert, management systems expert

Requirements for candidates for technical experts in the food industry, expert auditors for confirming the conformity of management systems, Shariah experts, and supervisors:

Education:

•technical experts in the food industry - Higher or corresponding secondary specialized education in the food industry or related industries (biology, veterinary medicine, standardization, certification, quality control);

• expert auditors to confirm management compliance - Higher or corresponding secondary specialized education (economic, technical, in the food industry);

•Shariah experts - Higher education in religious studies or Islamic studies and theology;   

• supervisors - Higher or secondary specialized education in the field of religious studies or Islamic studies.

Experience:

• food industry technical experts - at least four (4) years in the food industry;

• expert auditors for confirming the conformity of management systems - at least five (5) years in the specialty, including 2 years in a body for certification of management systems or products, or at least two (2) years of experience in food production;

•Shariah experts - at least four (4) years in the specialty or 2 years in the scientific field in the field of Islamic studies; 

• supervisors - at least 2 years in the field of religious studies or Islamic studies.

Area of ​​specialization:

•technical experts, food industry - participation in audits of Halal products as a technical expert in the food industry;

•expert auditors to confirm the conformity of management systems - participation in audits of Halal products as an expert auditor to confirm the compliance of quality management systems and/or food safety;

•shariah experts - participation in audits of Halal products as a Shariah expert, monitoring compliance with Shariah standards in production;

• supervisors - participation in audits of batches of Halal products during the slaughter of cattle, small animals, poultry, monitoring compliance with Shariah standards in production.

Knowledge of languages  – proficiency in the state and/or Russian languages  at a professional level, knowledge of English is a plus.
